Not natively. Shopify's preorder charges the full amount at checkout, so a deposit needs a separate app — and those apps split the payment and stop. Production status, the real batch cost, the balance reminder: all of it still happens somewhere else.

No, and it is not meant to. Ordamo does not issue invoices either: no legal numbering, no factura, no VAT return. It lives next to whatever already does that for you — your accountant, your country's invoicing tool, Zoho, Wave — and never argues with it. Accounting closes your books after the month; Ordamo tells you during it what each order is actually earning. Most people run both, and the customer only ever reads the order page.

Yes. Stocked and made-to-order items sit side by side, and the deposit and batch features simply don't apply to the stocked ones. If you make everything yourself, skip batches altogether: put the cost straight on the product and the real margin per order still comes out. Batches exist for the runs you pay a workshop for — one invoice for twelve pieces, split across them. Making in-house, you already know what a piece cost, so there is nothing to split.

Ordamo keeps the record — what was agreed, what was paid, on what date — which is what a payment dispute actually asks for. What to retain, refund or credit is a policy question, and we wrote up what sellers typically do.

Money never runs through Ordamo, and that is deliberate. You put your bank details — or a Stripe or PayPal link — on the customer's order page, and the link is clickable on the phone they are reading it from. When it lands, you mark the balance paid with one button on the order and the balance updates everywhere at once: the order, the customer, the dashboard. No processor fee stacked on top of ours, no payout to wait for, and the money is in your account before Ordamo hears about it. The store is the same story: no API, but your own order export from Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce imports with the columns mapped for you, and loading the same file twice duplicates nothing.

Yes. Orders, income and expenses export to CSV whenever you want them, not only on the way out. We don't use your numbers for anything except running your account — no model training, no sharing, no selling.
